Thomas Steven Erickson

Thomas Steven Erickson passed away on June 26 to be with his Lord. He was 65 years old and was a faithful follower of Jesus since he was 19 years old. Steve was a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person who was loved by so many people . He would talk to anyone. I use to say that he was so friendly that he would talk to the tree standing beside him.
He is survived by his brother Randy Erickson ,sister Lynn McKinney, brother in law Peter McKinney and nephews Matthew and Daniel McKinney. He will missed by his friends, family and co-workers from Fed-Ex. If anyone wishes to make a donation to a charity of their choice in Steven’s name they may do so.
Funeral Arrangements to announced at a later date.

My deepest condolences to the family of Steve Erickson for their loss. I am a long time friend of Randy, Steve’s brother. I met Steve a few times when I lived in Toronto many years ago and he was so kind and friendly. He is in his heavenly home now.

Steven was a nice guy but of course that runs in the family DNA. I knew Steve decades ago when he lived, with his family, here in Nova Scotia. He is a wonderful addition to Heaven. He and so many others will now be enjoying the fruits of their labours. Slow and steady wins the race, they say and that is true of Steve. Never a question of where his allegiance lay. A true brother in the Lord. I can only miss him for a while as we wait the trumpet’s sound.
To his family, Randy & Lynn, be assured of my prayers for God’s grace in the coming days of sorrow.

My sincere condolences to Steves Family. As a long time colleague with Steve, I can attest that he will be greatly missed.
Steve always had such a positive attitude and would give me some pretty good chuckles about his interactions with some of our Customers. He was a wonderful person to know for all the years I worked with him. He is definitely on a mission in higher places. People to help, people to make laugh and make a better world for them.
R.I.P. Steve
always,
