I found this company very easy to work with. They were professional, sympathetic and straight forward. There was no pressure to buy services that I did not want. The price they quoted me was the price on the final invoice. They looked after many paperwork details that I would not have known about. If you want a no-nonsense cremation, this is the company to choose.
I called from the hospital my mom was passing. I was confused and emotional. Fatima was wonderful she took my information told me not to worry they would walk me though everything. They handled everything from the time the hospital called them until the service at the Chapel.

My name is Amy and I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. My friend, Sandra passed away in Toronto, Canada and left me as the executor of her will. I was completely lost and heartbroken. I had no idea what I was doing and I did not understand anything I was supposed to do-and being in another country made this almost impossible to handle.

Fatima was friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. She handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day I had sign off on documents, answer questions, and complete everything was very difficult and Fatima took the time to explain everything in detail. I had learned about Affordable Burials and Cremations about 3 years ago, but could not quite believe everything I heard and read about the service. The pricing alone sounded too good to be true. With the death of my father last month, I indeed learned that it was all true. Professional caring people on the telephone, I found the same in person when I went to the Bruce Park location. Although my needs were simple, I felt I, and my deceased father were treated with respect and in a personal manner. I was made to be feel comfortable and confident of my wishes being carried out.
