Marie-Dominique Jacquine Bourget

Marie-Dominique Bourget, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 69.

Born on March 24, 1956 in Ancenis, France, Marie-Dominique lived a life marked by love, resilience, and deep devotion to her family. She was known for her kind heart, sense of humor, strength and generosity, and for the way she made others feel welcomed and cared for. To know her was to feel supported, encouraged, and loved.

Marie-Dominique found joy in traveling, gardening, photography and spending time with her grand-children.

She is survived by her daughter, Meredith Bourget, grandchildren, Maëllie and Nathaël, siblings, and her cherished friends, who will carry her memory forward with gratitude and love.

A celebration of life will be held in the Spring.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Odette Cancer Centre, in honor of Marie-Dominique’s life.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
