Maria Teresa “Teri” Lorient Nee Valadas
On November 17th, 2019 at 930 pm EST, our mum, Teri (Maria Teresa Lorient Nee Valadas), 83 years old, passed away after a short but difficult battle with pancreatic cancer. She transitioned very peacefully with her two daughters, Victoria Lorient-Faibish and Andrea Lorient by her side, holding her hands. Her son in laws, Kevin Faibish and Del Duchene were also present at her bedside.
She is survived by her brothers Francisco, Norberto, niece Karla, nephews Michael, Rui Marco and sister in law, Conceicao Valadas. She will be missed. Mum your pain has ended, may you fly free.
Thank you so so much to the Kensington Hospice. The staff, the kindness, the space, all contributed to the peaceful last days of our mum and comforted our family. It helped to warm our hearts, minds and gave us a sense of how kind the world can be.
A celebration of life will be held in the near future, friends and family will be notified. Feel free to share this with anyone who might have known our mum
