Linda Alice McVey

On April 21, 2025, Linda Alice McVey passed away peacefully at Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital, Toronto in her 62nd year. Linda was the beloved wife of Mark Bennett and a wonderful, devoted mother to Megan and Leigh (Spencer). She was also a warm and caring Nana to Joelle and Loic and held a special place in the lives of Mark’s children Jean-Marc (Alyssa) and Chantal (Joel). She is survived by her siblings Bill (Sandra), Janet and Jill (Michael). Originally from Montreal, Linda spent much of her life in Toronto surrounded by friends and family. Affectionately known by her nieces and nephews as Auntie Coz, she will be dearly missed by all. A private memorial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society as your expression of sympathy.
