Laurie Ann Freestone

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Laurie Ann Freestone on May 6th, 2025 at the age of 64 in Brampton, Ontario. Laurie was born on August 23rd, 1960 in Toronto and was a beautiful person. Laurie was a Wife, Mom, Daughter, Grandmother, older Sister to 5 brothers and friends to many. Laurie had a great sense of humor, had amazing dance moves and was spontaneous and kind. Laurie enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.

Laurie was one of the Woodfield Girls. Laurie met her best friends Janet, Linda, Rosie and Tina when her family moved to Woodfield Road over 50 years ago. They all maintained a lifelong friendship with many happy memories.

She is survived by her partner of 40 years Don Kelly, Mother Charlene Freestone and predeceased by her Father Donald Freestone, daughter Nicole Freestone, grandchildren Alexis, Chase and her fur baby Benny. She is also survived by her brothers Danny (Susan) , Darryl, David, Donny, Derek (Cherie) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Rest in eternal peace Laurie. You will always be in our hearts and we will miss you immensely.

A Celebration of Life will take place Friday June 6/2025, 11am at St Andrews Presbyterian Church, 44 Church Street East, Brampton Ontario L6V 1G3.
