In Loving Memory of Kenneth Robert Mullin

March 23, 1975 – May 15, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Kenneth Robert Mullin at his home on May 15, 2025, at the age of 50.

Born in Montreal and raised in Brockville, Ontario, Ken’s love for bowling and strong community ties shaped much of his early life. He was a devoted son to Janice Mullin (née Reeves), who passed away in 2004, and to his father, Winston Mullin, who survives him.

Ken’s first job at the Tim Hortons in Mallorytown during high school ignited a lifelong dedication to the company. Over the years, he worked at several Tim Hortons locations throughout Ontario, earning the respect and affection of colleagues and customers alike with his warmth, dependability, and kindness.

After moving with his parents to Ottawa, Ken pursued studies in Early Childhood Education at Algonquin College. While working at the Rideau Centre Tim Hortons, he met Liz Fraser, who would become his wife. Together, they relocated to Toronto, where they married and raised their three beloved sons: Matthew, Avery, and William. Though Ken and Liz later divorced, they remained committed co-parents, and Ken continued to be a loving and involved father. Ken and his sons shared many cherished moments watching The Lord of the Rings trilogy and enjoying meals at the Mandarin.

Ken will be remembered as a quiet, gentle, and loving father, a dedicated employee, and a caring friend — a man whose quiet strength and compassion touched everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his sons; his father, Winston; his brothers, David (Collina) and Gerry (Lori); and his nephew Troy, along with nieces Sarah, Ellen, Teaghan, and Brooklyn.

A celebration of life will be held on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Frenchman’s Bay Yacht Club in Pickering, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers or donations, Ken would want you to hug your family a little tighter every day. We are not promised tomorrow — may we all live each day to the fullest.
