Christine Marie Hillier

It is with deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Christine Marie Hillier (née Renaud) on November 26, 2025, at the age of 68.

Christine passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Toronto General Hospital, holding the hand of her beloved husband, Curtis.

Born in Windsor, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Joanne Amyot (née Gow) and Maurice Amyot. Christine dedicated her professional life to the field of pharmacy. She graduated as a Certified Pharmacy Technician and later achieved her designation as a Registered Pharmacy Technician, a career in which she took great pride.

Beyond her career, Christine found great joy in her pastimes. She was an avid gardener who took pride in her green space, and she was a talented crafter and quilter who enjoyed creating with her hands.

She was the devoted wife of Edsal Curtis Hillier and a loving mother to her three children: Jennifer Marie Williams (Robert), Tamara Lynn Hillier (Diana DiPelino), and Sean Whitney Hillier.

The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the team at the TGH Intensive Care Unit for their compassionate care and support.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
