Defiant in his 8 year battle against Cancer. He was a man who marched to the beat of his own drum. He would either offend you or endear you to him with humour and quick wit.

 He is survived by his 95 year old mother Sophie (Giuseppe), son Bernard (Traci), granddaughter Sophie, siblings, Michel, Helene (James), Daniel and Monique (Martin), his extended family, Lori and Hernan (the barber) and his daughter Kelly (Vida) who cared for him throughout his illness.

 I would like to extend my gratitude to the Palliative Care Team at the Toronto Grace Health Centre. 

Bernard was cremated and his ashes will be spread by those who loved him at his beloved grandparents farm in Saint Bernard, Quebec.
