ALFRED HERMANN TAPPEN passed away peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital, on Monday, June 6, 2016, at the age of 93. Alfred leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Renate Catharine Tappen, his son Harry Tappen (Cathy), his daughter Vivian Duffy (Owen) his grandsons Derek Tappen and Kevin Duffy, his granddaughters Kelly Cambridge and Nicole Duffy and five precious great-grandchildren. At his request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
